1. 负责主导并实现本地化项目 / Leading and realization of localization projects
2. 负责谈判价格、采购合同以及每年的成本节约 / Negotiation of quotations, contracts and annual cost saving in detail
3. 参与供应商和产品的审核 / Qualification of suppliers and products
4. 跟供应商保持沟通，优化合作关系 / Regular communication with suppliers for coordination/optimization purposes
5. 与欧玛中国及欧玛德国其它各部门保持合作沟通如工程、生产、物流、项目管理等 / Co-operation with engineering, production, PMC, project management etc in Germany and China
6. 参与供应商的体系审核 / Participation in quality system audit
7. 解决供应链各种突发问题 / Supply chain trouble shooting
8. 持续优化采购成本 / Optimize purchasing cost continuously
职位要求：
1. 三年及以上外企机械零件采购经验 / Minimum 3 years or above mechanical components sourcing position in foreign whole owned company.
2. 熟悉各种制造工艺，比如铸造、冲压、机加工、注塑、锻造，冷成型等 / Good technical understanding related to mechanical products, Iron casting, stamping, machining, plastic injection, forgen and cold form process.
3. 对TCO有深刻的理解 / Fullly understanding of TCO
4. 对各种的供应商选择、评估和认可有丰富的经验 / Experienced in different kinds of suppliers selection, evaluation and qualification.
5. 要有很强的解决问题能力、项目管理能力并且需要思维开放 / Strong problem solving ability , project management skills and open mind
6. 自我驱动，能在压力下独立的工作 / Initiative and able to work independently under pressure
7. 很高的个人素养，诚实，自律 / High personality, honesty and self discipline
